Jessie James Decker stepped out in style for the awards show!
While other stars opted for glitz and glam, the country-pop singer decided to bring the edge to the 2022 American Music Awards red carpet.
Decker took to her Instagram to show off last night’s look donning a black minidress by Mugler—whom she tagged in her photo—that incorporated a high neck and cutouts along the sides with an open back. The ensemble featured long sleeves with sheer panel detailing throughout.
She accessorized with simple diamond earrings and black strappy heels. Her makeup included a bold shimmery smoky eye, and she wore her wavy hair in a half-up, half-down style to tie her fierce look together.
“Out here tryna behave #amas,” she captioned the carousel of photos.
“Smokeshow 🔥🤤🔥,” commented the singer’s husband, Eric Decker.
Singer Jordin Sparks even chimed in on the comments, hyping up the singer, writing, “OKAY JESSIE!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽”
In a follow-up post, Decker shared a slow-motion video of herself as she posed in front of sparkly pink streamers ahead of the award show.
Decker was joined by singer Roselyn Sanchez on stage to present the award for Favorite Rock Song. The award went to Italian rock back, Maneskin, for their hit single “Beggin,” which marked the band’s first time winning an American Music Award.
